We warmly welcome you to participate in our academic conference and submit your research paper. To ensure the objectivity and scientificity of the peer review process, we hereby release this announcement of the review process for your reference.
1. Submission: Please submit your manuscript through the designated online submission system. All manuscripts must be original research results and have not been published elsewhere in any journal or conference. Before submission, please ensure that the language, format, and content of your article comply with the conference requirements.
2. Plagiarism check: In order to ensure academic integrity, all manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using a plagiarism detection system. If any duplication, plagiarism or other issues are detected in your paper, we will not be able to continue with the review process and will notify you to withdraw your submission. We recommend that you check your manuscript for plagiarism before submission to ensure that it meets academic standards and integrity requirements.
3. Initial screening: The editorial committee will conduct initial screening of all submissions to ensure that their topics and contents meet the conference requirements, as well as perform basic language and format reviews. Papers that meet the requirements will be further reviewed.
4. Peer review: After the initial screening, eligible papers will be assigned to at least two peer experts for review to ensure their originality, academic value, accuracy, and readability. The review process is conducted in a double-blind review, meaning that the reviewers and authors are anonymous to each other.
5. Feedback: The reviewers will provide their comments and suggestions, and the editorial committee will provide the feedback to the authors. Authors are required to carefully read the review comments and suggestions and revise their papers accordingly.
6. Revised submission: Authors should resubmit their revised manuscripts through the online submission system within the specified time frame. When submitting, authors must indicate which comments and suggestions were adopted, which were not adopted, and provide explanations for those not adopted.
7. Final review and acceptance: After the authors revise their papers, the manuscripts will enter the peer review process again. The editorial committee will determine whether to accept and publish your paper based on the review comments and suggestions from the reviewers, as well as the revisions made by the authors. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
We promise that the review process of the conference will follow the principles of objectivity, fairness, peer review, and process standardization. We look forward to your participation and contribution, and appreciate your support for our academic conference publication.
