- Author: Author presents the paper and attend Keynotes, paper presentations and sessions. Only one paper can be presented per registration.
- Presenter: Presenter needs to submit an abstract of the paper before the submission deadline, and to present the paper after it passes the review of the conference committee.
- Participant: A Participant is an attendee that does not submit or present a paper, but attends presentations, keynotes and sessions.
1. Authors should register after receiving the acceptance letter of their paper and before the registration deadline to ensure their accepted paper will be included in the conference proceedings.
2. Additional page fees will be charged if the full paper exceeds the specified page limit (Word/Latex Template).
3. Registration fee includes: *conference materials; *attendance to all technical sessions; *lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks during the conference; * full paper publication; *electronic version of the conference proceedings; *invoice or receipt of registration fees.
4. Only one author per paper can attend the conference for free and give a presentation. If more than one author will attend, then multiple registration forms must be submitted.
5. Please note that visa application fees, accommodation, and transportation costs are NOT included in the registration fee. If you have any questions about registration, please contact us: aimlrconference@hotmail.com.
6. Refunds Policy: If participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy will apply:
- 50 or more days before the conference: 60% refund of payment.
- Less than 30 days before the conference: 30% refund of payment.
- After the conference: No refund Cancellation and refund requests must be made formally by email.
The organizing committee reserves the right to change the conference dates and location due to force majeure. Therefore, losses incurred from force majeure events will not be liable, and the refunds policy will not apply.
